19 people unaccounted after an explosion at a factory in Tennessee

In the U.S., a massive deadly explosion at a factory has rocked a Tennessee community as 19 people are unaccounted for. Local authorities say there are fatalities.   

The blast took place in an explosives plant 50 miles west of Nashville. NBC News reports.
