Residential plot in Jordan Valley set to be released for sale

The government announced that a residential plot in Jordan Valley will be released for sale in the third quarter.
The plot is expected to provide 570 units.
The government said parts of the residential plot on Choi Hing Road will be used for constructing social welfare facilities.
Secretary for Development Bernadette Linn said the plot is situated within a "mature community" and that the government is positive about the prospect of selling it.
The total private housing land supply in the third quarter will support building 6,420 units.
