Man arrested for deliberately starting California's Palisades wildfire

NBC News reports a suspect has been arrested for allegedly starting the Palisades wildfire earlier this year, considered one of the most destructive fires in California's history.

The wildfire destroyed more than 7,000 homes and businesses and left 12 people dead.
