HKO: Strong Wind Signal No. 3 to stay at least until Sunday noon

The Hong Kong Observatory says the Strong Wind Signal No. 3 will remain in effect at least until Sunday noon.

Thsi as Tropical Cyclone Matmo is expected to be closest to Hong Kong during Sunday morning.

The forecaster says the weather will improve during the Mid-Autumn Festival but there will be cloudy periods in the morning and at night.
