Citybus announces an average salary hike of 2.5% in 2026

Citybus announced that in 2026, frontline employees will receive an average salary increase of 2.5 percent.
Among them, fleet captains and non-supervisory frontline staff will enjoy a salary increase of not less than 600 dollars. As for supervisory frontline staff, after performance appraisal, there will also be salary increases.
Citybus says when formulating the salary adjustment plan, it has taken into account a number of factors, including the salary adjustment trend in the overall labour market, changes in the consumer price index, the company's operational challenges and business income. It hopes to further strengthen the morale of the team through the annual salary adjustment.
