Trump and Hegseth lecture top U.S. military officers

U.S. President Donald Trump and Defence Secretary Pete Hegseth summoned top military officers to a meeting, which declared an end to "woke" culture and announced new directives for troops that include "male-level" standards for physical fitness.
Hegseth said "if that means no women qualify for some combat roles, so be it."
He also called for a review of "the definitions of so-called toxic leadership, bullying and hazing," so as to "empower leaders to enforce standards without fear of retribution or second guessing."
The Defence Secretary's speech was followed by Trump's, who claimed the U.S. is "under invasion from within."
Trump said "These people don't have uniforms. But we are under invasion from within and we're
stopping it very quickly."
"After spending trillions of dollars defending the borders of foreign countries, with your help, we're defending the borders of our country from now on," said Trump.
Trump further said, "And I told Pete (Hegseth), we should use some of these dangerous cities as training grounds for our military, National Guard, but military, because we are going into Chicago very soon."
