Flag raising ceremony to celebrate 76th anniversary of founding of PRC

A flag raising ceremony was held at Bauhinia Square in Wanchai to celebrate the 76th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China.
The ceremony started at 8 am, and was attended by Vice Chairman of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference Leung Chun-ying, Chief Executive John Lee and other senior officials.
The National Anthem was played by the Hong Kong Police Band, as the attendees sang the National Anthem.
