HKO: Typhoon Bualoi posing relatively little threat to HK

Severe Tropical Storm Bualoi has intensified into a typhoon and moved into an area of 800 km within Hong Kong.
According to the Hong Kong Observatory, the storm won't threaten Hong Kong much. Depending on the changes in local winds, it may consider issuing a strong monsoon signal.
After nightfall, many citizens were taking a stroll and jogging along the Wan Chai promenade with the temperatures in various districts having dropped back to below 30 degrees.
This as Bualoi has entered within 800 km of Hong Kong and is expected to move west-northwestwards at about 30 km/h, moving across the central part of the South China Sea before moving towards northern Vietnam.
