Typhoon Bualoi hits central Philippines

Earlier, Bualoi slammed into eastern Philippines and is now barreling from island-to-island in a central region of the country. It has already caused four deaths and the evacuation of more than 433,000 people.
The deaths were in the central island of Masbate. Three were hit separately by a falling tree, a collapsed wall and falling debris. The fourth was killed by lightning. Bualoi is the 15th tropical cyclone to hit the Philippines this year.
