No 10 signal still in force

At 10 a.m., Super Typhoon Ragasa was centred about 140 kilometres southwest of Hong Kong (near 21.3 degrees north 113.4 degrees east) and is forecast to move west or west-northwest at about 22 kilometres per hour edging closer to the vicinity of the western coast of Guangdong.

Ragasa has started to depart from Hong Kong, but its associated hurricane force winds are still affecting the southwestern part of the territory occasionally.

The Hurricane Signal, No. 10 will remain in force for some time.
