Super Typhoon Ragasa will move across the Luzon Strait and enter the northern part of the South China Sea today.
Local winds will strengthen gradually and the Observatory will issue the Strong Wind Signal, No. 3 at 9.40p.m. tonight.
Local weather is expected to deteriorate rapidly later tomorrow. The Observatory will consider issuing the Gale or Storm Signal, No. 8 between 1p.m. and 4p.m. tomorrow.
