Super Typhoon Ragasa will move across the Luzon Strait and enter the northern part of the South China Sea.
The observatory will issue the Standby Signal No. 1 at 12:20 p.m. today and will consider issuing the Strong Wind Signal No. 3 between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. tonight.
