CDC stops short of full recommendation for COVID jab

Mixed signals from the Centre for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) over the COVID vaccine in the U.S. which is no longer recommended and is now an individual's choice in consultation with their doctor.

The panel was split, six votes each, on whether to endorse the jab this winter. The group's chair had to make the final decision. NBC explains.
