An alleged case of bullying has surfaced recently involving students from a school in Fanling.
Online videos showed a student wearing a uniform from St. Francis of Assisi's College being slapped and kicked by other students.
The police say on July 2nd, they received a report from a man that his 15-year-old son was assaulted in a stairwell at Choi Yuen Estate in Sheung Shui.
Three boys and one girl, aged between 13 and 15, were arrested in Sheung Shui between July and September on suspicion of "common assault" and released on bail pending further investigation.
They are required to report to the police in mid-October.
In response, St. Francis of Assisi's College issued a statement, reiterating its zero-tolerance policy on bullying.
It says it has set up a crisis management team over the incident and is working with the Education Bureau, police, parents and social workers to follow up on the case.
