Chief Executive John Lee will deliver his new Policy Address tomorrow, which he said will focus on the economy and people's livelihood.

He met with reporters before the Executive Council meeting, unveiling this year's Policy Address.

Lee said the main themes of the Policy Address will focus on the economy and people's livelihood, reflecting his philosophy of administration: developing the economy and improving people's livelihoods.

He said the cover of the Policy Address is green, representing vitality and continuity. It also signifies that the policies of the SAR Government and Hong Kong's prosperity and vitality will continue.

He also thanked the participants in the over 40 consultation sessions and the over 10,000 submissions during the three-month consultation period.
