When he delivers his policy address on Wednesday, Chief Executive John Lee and his team will wear a bridge-themed green tie and silk scarf symbolising Hong Kong's role as a superconnector between the mainland and the world.
The city leader posted an AI-generated video on his Facebook page, showcasing the ties designed by local institutions over the past two years.
The tie he hopes to wear this Wednesday was conceived by teachers and students from the Technological and Higher Education Institute of Hong Kong.
The ties feature the city's three major bridges -- Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, Tsing Ma Bridge and Ting Kau Bridge.
