A 26-year-old worker fell to his death from seven storeys at a public housing construction site in Lok Ma Chau.

The victim was unconscious and rushed to North District Hospital where he was pronounced dead at noon.

The tragedy happened at a public housing building site in Kwu Tung North Area 19.

Sources say the man stood on an air-conditioner platform before his fall.

The Labour Department said it was investigating the cause of the incident.
