Rescuers in Afghanistan will try to reach isolated villages in the eastern region of Kunar, the epicentre of the earthquake that hit late Sunday night.
The magnitude 6 quake caused extensive damage and left more than 900 people dead and over 3,000 others injured.
Mountainous terrain and inclement weather are hindering rescuers reaching remote areas along the Pakistan border.
Tracey Furniss has more.

"We were under the soil. The Muslims came and rescued us. My wife, my son, my nephew and my grandchildren were all buried under the destroyed house," he said.
Others keep searching for more victims in collapsed houses, removing rubble -- an arduous task -- and there have been several aftershocks.
The earthquake was just 8 kilometres deep. Shallower quakes tend to cause more damage.
This villager says five residents of this house were killed and two children are still trapped under the rubble.
Buildings in Afghanistan tend to be low-rise mostly made from concrete and brick, with homes in rural areas made from mud bricks and wood. Many are poorly built. Funerals have already begun.
The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies said immediate needs include search and rescue support, emergency healthcare and medical supplies, food, clean water and the restoration of road access to reach isolated communities.

Britain has set out emergency funding to support those affected in the quake, saying it would ensure that aid does not go to the Taliban administration and would channel aid through its partners split between the United Nations Population Fund and the International Red Cross.
China said during its daily MOFA briefing it is willing to provide disaster relief assistance within its capacity based on Afghanistan's needs.
