Baby girl is found dead in Shatin

A baby girl was found unconscious in Yu Chui Court, Sha Tin, and was pronounced dead at the hospital.
Police received a report at around 1:00 a.m. that a six-month-old girl was found unconscious by her family at Yu Man House, bleeding from her right ear and nose.
It is once suspected that she had been pressed down by her three-year-old brother while sleeping. Paramedics arrived at the scene and rushed the baby to the hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
Police investigations revealed that the deceased was not crushed by her brother or any other object. The cause of death is pending blood tests and further laboratory testing.
