10th Silver Bond batch launched

The government has launched the tenth batch of Silver Bonds, offering a minimum interest rate of 3.85 percent, slightly lower than the previous batch.
Each unit will be offered at 10,000 dollars with a tenor of three years.
Interest will be paid once every six months.
Residents who were born in or before 1966 and hold a valid HKID card are eligible to apply.
The subscription period will start from 9 a.m. on September 15th to 2 p.m. on September 29th.
The bonds will be issued on October 10th.
