Elderly patient fell to his death at Princess Margaret Hospital

A patient fell to his death from a height at Princess Margaret Hospital on Sunday. The hospital has set up a committee to look into the incident.

Princess Margaret Hospital says a 74-year-old patient, who was admitted to the Department of Internal Medicine and Geriatrics on August 21st had no suicidal tendencies at the time of admission assessment. He appeared to be emotionally stable during his stay.
