CE says Talent Admission Scheme key to HK's competitiveness

Chief Executive John Lee says the Top Talent Pass Scheme is working as intended -- bringing in skilled people to the SAR's economy and keep the city competitive.
Lee says he wants more bright minds to see Hong Kong as the best place to build their future.
He says if Hong Kong wins over top talent, the city's rivals will lose out.
He calls the scheme a clear "net gain" for the city and small tweaks can be introduced to make it run more smoothly.
