Five dead after after Niagara tour bus crash

Five people died as a tour bus on its way back from Niagara Falls came off the road at full speed and ploughed into a ditch. Nearly 50 had to be rescued.

Early reports suggest the driver was distracted and lost control. M&Y Tours have no record of safety problems. NBC News reports.
