Lavrov says Putin and Zelenskyy can meet under certain conditions

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said Russian President Vladimir Putin is ready to meet with his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelenskyy provided pending "issues" are "well worked out."
At a press conference, Lavrov said the meeting can take place "with the understanding that all issues that require consideration at the highest level will be well worked out, and experts and ministers will prepare the appropriate recommendations."
This after Zelenskyy said Ukraine will hold intensive meetings with its allies to understand what kind of security guarantees they are willing to provide.
He said with clearer plans, he would then meet with Putin.
