Govt: XDX has paid ~1 million dollars in deposit which can be deducted to cover loses

The government says Xin Ding Xin has paid about 1 million dollars in deposit under its drinking water contract, which may be deducted to cover losses.

Authorities have also terminated all contracts linked to the company's responsible persons.
