One suspect still at large in Manila shooting case that killed two Japanese nationals

Manila's mayor Francisco "Isko Moreno" Domagoso says at least one suspect is still at large in the case of the killing of two Japanese nationals last week.
Two Filipino men have already been arrested for the alleged murders.
Police say the other suspect is believed to have masterminded and financed the killings.
The two Japanese men were gunned down when they alighted from a taxi last Friday.
Domagoso says the motive for the shootings remains unclear.
