Putin agrees to a meeting with Zelenskyy as Trump rules out sending troops to Ukraine

U.S. President Donald Trump has ruled out sending American troops to Ukraine in its war with Russian.  

This as Russian leader Vladimir Putin has agreed to a face-to-face meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
