Auxiliary police officers' passing-out parade held today

The passing-out parade of a new batch of 163 auxiliary police officers was held at the Kowloon West Auxiliary Police Headquarters.
There are six newly promoted auxiliary police inspectors including a scientific officer from the Department of Health.
The newly minted inspector from the DoH says he gains more exposure beyond his government desk job including law- and weapons-related knowledge.
This year's intake also includes 98 auxiliary constables from the university student scheme.
