Countdown to Trump-Putin summit Friday, as Russian-Ukraine war intensifying

NBC News reports the countdown is on for the high stakes summit in Alaska between U.S. President Donald Trump and Russian leader Vladimir Putin on Friday.

Ahead of the talks to end the three year Russian invasion of Ukraine, Putin's army is still pummelling Ukraine's frontllines.

Trump has warned if Russia doesn't end the war, they would face severe consequences though he did not specify what the consequences would be.
