As of 10:30 a.m., the Drainage Services Department (DSD) has received at least five reports of flooding.

The DSD's emergency response team deployed the powerful "water pumping dragon" robot on Pokulam Road to pump out water.

They also deployed staff to clear drains at Queen Mary Hospital, a flooding site during the previous black rain, to prevent flooding.

The DSD has deployed 110 emergency response teams to inspect and clear 240 flood-prone areas across Hong Kong.

In addition, the DSD's three newly acquired "water pumping dragon" robots will be put into operation today.
