Standby Signal No. 1 and Black Rainstorm Warning Signal issued

The Standby Signal No. 1 is in force and the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal has been issued.

There is exceptionally severe rainstorm in Central and Western District, and severe rainstorm in Chek Lap Kok of islands district,  Kwai Tsing and Tuen Mun districts. 

Hourly rainfall is expected to exceed or has exceeded 140 millimetres over Central and Western District, while hourly rainfall is expected to exceed or has exceeded 100 millimetres over Chek Lap Kok of islands district, Kwai Tsing and Tuen Mun districts.
