A 13-year-old boy was arrested in connection with a sexual assault case.
He allegedly molested a 7-year-old girl in Pat Heung Ha Che Village.
The incident happened last Saturday. The girl was playing at the football field in the village when the boy suddenly grabbed her and took her to a corner before making the assault.
The victim cried out, attracting the attention of her mother and nearby residents, prompting the suspect to flee immediately.
Police later arrested the suspect at his residence.
The case is classified as "indecent assault on a female child under the age of 16."
