New Hospital Authority chief hopes to offer one-stop service by technology

The new Chief Executive of the Hospital Authority Libby Lee said she hopes to leverage technology in a bid to reduce patient's waiting times.
Dr. Lee said shortening patient's queueing times is one of her most important objectives.
She said the authorities are looking into streamlining medical services so patients can make bookings for all follow-up procedures in one go, without needing to queue up separately for every service.
Meanwhile, she vowed to improve communications with medical staff.
