Election Committee by-election receives 109 nominations

The nomination period for Hong Kong's Election Committee sub-sector by-election, which began on July 22nd, ended at 5 p.m. on Monday.
A total of 109 nomination forms have been submitted. Among them, 101 relate to vacant seats for elected members, while eight are for designated bodies making supplementary nominations. The by-election will fill 93 vacancies across 28 subsectors.
