Amber Rainstorm Warning Signal issued at 9:45 p.m.

The Hong Kong Observatory issued the Amber Rainstorm Warning Signal at 9:45 p.m. It marks the third time the city's weather forecaster issued the alert on Monday. 

The Amber Warning Signal means that rainfall levels has exceeded or are expected to top 30 millimetres in an hour and is likely to continue.

There will likely be flooding in some low-lying and poorly drained areas.
