The University of Hong Kong and a taxi fleet SynCab jointly developed an AI-powered smart dispatch system which aims to improve ride-matching experience.Processing data including hailing requests, taxis locations, and road traffic status, the smart dispatch system is able to make precise dispatch suggestions.
If a driver declines the booking, the task will be assigned to another driver subsequently.
While there is no waiting time guaranteed by the hailing platform, passegers can make another order if the driver does not show up within the estimated time.
