27-year-old man arrested after suspected drug delivery intercepted by police

Police arrested a 27-year-old man in Yau Ma Tei this afternoon on suspicion of drug trafficking.
Officers on a routine anti-crime patrol mission intercepted the suspect's car which was allegedly mid-route during the delivery of narcotics.
At around 1 p.m., officers noted a suspicious private vehicle parked outside 63 Pilkem Street.
Upon stopping the car for inspection, they discovered suspected illegal substances in the car's cabin.
They included 22 vape cartridges containing etomidate and assorted drugs with 18 packets of ketamine, 16 packets of methanphetamine and 34 packets of cocaine with an estimated overall street value of 30,000 dollars.
The man was taken into custody with investigations underway.
