Water main leak near HKU MTR Station

There was a water main leak on Hill Road in Sai Wan in the morning. Part of the pavement had to be closed at Exit B2 of the MTR's University of Hong Kong Station.
After the incident, water continued to gush out from the ground outside the exit.
Some citizens had to step on the sandbags when crossing.
According to the Water Supplies Department, the water mains concerned were a saltwater supply pipe with a diameter of 400 mm, supplying flushing water to No. 70-88 Hill Road. Affected by the accident, part of the road section near Exit B2 was temporarily closed.
