Countdown on with 100 days until National Games

With just 100 days to go until the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao National Games, countdown events were held this weekend.
They were jointly organised by the CPPCC Youth Federation and the Yau Tsim Mong District Office to boost public awareness of the sports development of Hong Kong and the country and the National Games.
In her speech, the Convenor of the Executive Council Regina Ip said with commendable results of young Hong Kong athletes in recent years, she believes that they will achieve even better results at the National Games.
The National Games, jointly organised by Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, will be held in November. Hong Kong will host eight sports events, including basketball and beach volleyball.
