MTR will strengthen service for Kai Tak football matches

Kai Tak Sports Park is hosting a football match between Liverpool and AC Milan tonight, and will host the match between Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspurs next Thursday. 

The MTR will increase the frequency of Tuen Ma Line trains before and after the matches.

The MTR estimates that Kai Tak Station and Exit D of Sung Wong Toi Station will be very busy. 

The MTR will strengthen broadcasting and deploy more staff to assist. 

After the matches, the frequency of Tuen Ma Line will be increased to one train every two to three minutes. 

MTR passengers can go to Tai Wai Station on the Tuen Ma Line and then transfer to the East Rail Line to Lo Wu Port. 

The Lo Wu Port will operate until midnight. 

Cross-border passengers should pay attention to the last train time and leave enough time for transfer.
