More severe storms in the U.S. as New York City subway floods during rush hour

NBC News reports severe weather is wreaking havoc in the northeast of the United States with some subway stations in New York City flooding during rush hour.  

The amount of rain that fell in New York City  in one hour was the second highest ever recorded.

This as high-rising flood waters pulled cars away on roads in New Jersey as 22 million people across the country also face flooding threats.
