Trump defends government response on Texas flood visit

U.S. President Donald Trump has defended the state and federal response to deadly flash floods in Texas as he visited Kerr County.

At least 121 people died, including dozens of children, when the Guadalupe River rose to a depth of 8 metres after heavy rain.
