Latest rollout of residential plot of land in Tsuen Wan

The government has launched the sale of one plot of residential land for the new quarter, in Tsuen Wan.
Together with six lease amendment projects, the sites are expected to provide over 4,900 residential units.
Unveiling the land sale plan, Secretary for Development Bernadette Linn said the residential site is at the junction of Wing Shun Street and Texaco Road in Tsuen Wan.
The plot offers a buildable residential floor area of about 39,000 square metres and about 780 units.
The developer is required to construct about 940 square metres of social welfare facilities.
There are also six land parcels involving private development and redevelopment projects requiring lease amendment.
They include a site at Area 34B of Hung Shui Kiu Ha Tsuen, involving 2,300 units.
Linn said there will be a supply of about 6,000 units in the first half of the year, which accounts for about 45 percent of the supply target for 2025.
