Thousands of restaurants around the city will celebrate the 28th anniversary of Hong Kong's return to the motherland by offering special discounts on days around July 1st.
Some restaurants will offer discounts targeting elderly residents in a bid to boost the silver economy.
It marks the third consecutive year of discounts celebrating the occasion.
Some 3,800 companies have confirmed to offer such discounts as of now.
That's around 2,000 more than last year.
Several restaurants will offer the discounts throughout the month and arrange lucky draw events.
