Xia Baolong to conduct inspection visit in Hong Kong

Xia Baolong, Director of the Hong Kong and Macau Affairs Office of the State Council, will arrive in Hong Kong tomorrow for a five day trip to investigate and survey the latest economic and social developments in Hong Kong.
Chief Executive John Lee said that, as part of his visit, Xia will attend the Promulgation and Implementation of Hong Kong National Security Law 5th Anniversary Forum and conduct an inspection visit on the latest developments in Hong Kong.
Lee thanked Mr. Xia for his continued support of Hong Kong, saying: "I keenly look forward to his visit. I believe the public also keenly looks forward to his visit. And we will make sure his visit will be conducted successfully.
Lee added that more details on the trip would be announced soon.
