2025 Policy Address to be delivered early this year

Ahead of his Executive Council meeting, Chief Executive John Lee announced that he will deliver the 2025 Policy Address in September this year and begin public consultations next week.
He explained the decision to advance the Policy Address as being due to the Legislative Council General Election, which will be held at the end of the year.
The CE also expressed the importance of considering the views of the public and different sectors ahead of the Policy Address, justifying the decision to advance public consultation sessions as well.
