Trump, Musk dial back after public feud

Amid White House aides' peacemaking efforts, U.S. President Donald Trump told reporters that he's not thinking about Elon Musk and won't speak to him for a while, adding that he wishes Musk well. 

The Tesla head also showed signs of trying to soften his tone. 

The two once-allies have been trading blows following Musk's criticism of the "Big Beautiful Bill." NBC reports.
