HKUST offers admission to student affected by U.S. visa policies

The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology has extended unconditional admission offers to a student who was about to study at Harvard, impacted by recent U.S. visa restrictions.
HKUST said it has received numerous inquiries and is processing several transfer applications from affected students. The institution said it will offer consultation service to some cases.
