Water supply suspended in parts of Tuen Mun following water pipe burst

Regarding water pipe bursting on Tuen Mun Road this morning, two traffic lanes toward Yuen Long are blocked.
The Water Supplies Department said water supply will be suspended from 11 p.m. in areas north of Tuen Mun.
Supply of drinking water will also be suspended in areas north of Wong Chu Road and Tsun Wen Road, south of the intersection of Tsing Chung Koon Road, as well as all buildings west of the Tuen Mun River.
Traffic congestion was still reported on the Tuen Road Road as of this evening.
A main water pipe bursted early this morning in the vicinity of the Siu Hong MTR station. Over 20 bus routes have been affected.
Because of the incident, the middle lane and fast lane towards Yuen Long will be blocked for emergency repairing, and all vehicles were forced to drive along the slow lane.
The traffic is expected to resume tomorrow morning.
