Man arrested after mother and her kids die in London fire

A mother and three of her children died after a fire destroyed two homes in Brent, north-west London.
Police said a man was arrested on suspicion of murder outside the house and remains in custody. A further two members of the same family were taken to hospital and continue to receive treatment.
Around 70 firefighters tackled the blaze, which started in the early hours of Saturday morning.
"Crews wearing breathing apparatus were able to rescue the woman and one of the children from the second floor, but they died later at the scene," Keeley Foster, assistant commissioner for London Fire Brigade said.
